Belize People’s Front, this past Sunday, August 25th, 2019, held a Plenary Meeting in San Ignacio, to vet candidates and fill other key positions.
Candidates vetted were the following:
- Antonia Sanchez- Orange Walk Central
- Luz Hunter- Belize Rural Central
- Laurencio Bul- Corozal Southwest
- Lorenzo Aldana- Orange Walk East
- Thomas Greenwood- Caribbean Shores
Other positions filled were:
- Director-Citizen Security- Mr. Lorenzo Aldana
- Director- Progressive Women’s Front- Ms. Antonia Sanchez
- Director- Environmental Affairs- Ms. Luz Hunter
- Director- Afro-descendants Affairs- Mr. Thomas Greenwood
- Director- Indigenous Affairs- Mr. Laurencio Bul
- Director- Progressive Youth Front- Mr. Francisco Padilla
- Director- Electoral Commission- Mr. Jaime Marin
- Director- Media & Communications- Mr. Joseph Guerrero
- Director- International Affairs- Mr. Louis Diaz

The Belize People’s Front is an all-inclusive and seeks representatives from both indigenous groups and the grassroots community. This is a people’s first progressive, participatory representation, so we make a call to all patriots who may want to participate in the transformation of our jewel and provide servant leadership by example, without fear or favor, with no regard to religion, sexual orientation, political persuasion or other. We aim to unite Belizeans to remove the disparity and lack of opportunities and promote equity amongst all Belizeans.
