Esteemed Media Colleagues,

Through this medium we would like to invite you to assist us in disseminating the information of a planned Protest in Belmopan on Friday 20th September at 9.00 AM on the steps of the Assembly Building.

This is to drive home to central government that we are long past due a Forensic Laboratory and we demand that the road construction be halted until a laboratory is built, or done in conjunction with ongoing projects. We demand that the government place the lives of the people as a high priority and show a renewed effort in solving these gruesome crimes, to whit a properly equipped forensics lab would contribute a great deal in assisting the already resource stricken police force, in being better able to perform their mandate.

We thank you in being a responsible community partner in assisting us in sharing this vital information. Let us not wait until it is one of your family members that is missing and presumed dead, for us to react. How many more have to die before we place this as a priority?
