Eber Herrador (born March 22, 1994) he is the 4th child of six, a young guy born and raised in the Northern part of Orange Walk in the small village of Santa Cruz which is at the border to Mexico. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Tourism Management.
Eber is an open minded, honest and very proud of his little jewel, Belize. He loves nature, his land, his people and his country in a whole! He knows that things haven’t been the way we would want it to be, but we can surely work for it! He strongly believes in God and know that through Him everything is possible. His ideology is to work for the people; as how Pope Francis quoted, “whoever does not live to serve, does not ‘serve” to live”! He believes that out there a lot of good people exists; therefore, we have to be the best every second of our lives. One of his passions is to write poems, quotes and he is always open to constructive criticism.
He is a perfect example for our youths since he does not drink, smoke or do any drugs (he actually hates them) and is pro sports especially, American Football. His little family is his main motivation to be someone in life. He is happily married to a beautiful mestizo/creole woman who has been there for him and gives him the strength to work every day for their future.
Health and Education should be priority for everyone, because without a good health you won’t be able to educate yourself, neither go further. Involving himself with the youths in his community gives him satisfaction, as well with the elders; to the youths he can teach the few he knows and the with the elder generation is where he obtains knowledge!!!
This vibrant young man is presently representing the Belize People’s Front (BPF) as our Standard Bearer for the Orange Walk South Constituency.
