He is a proud graduate of Sacred Heart College and the Belmopan Junior College where he achieved an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, he furthered his education at the University of Belize where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree.
Mr. Ayala has served as a missionary for two years at his Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in El Salvador, San Salvador. He has served in several leadership positions within his church after returning home. He has worked at the Atlantic Bank in several capacities- cashier and proof officer. He later entered the teaching profession, teaching at the Primary Level. According to him, it was and is a life experience working in the profession which shapes others.
Looking at the current state of affairs of his country Belize, and being the patriot, that he is, having a great love for his country and people, he decided to enter politics- something he said he would never do. However, two great quotes influenced him in making this decision. First, John F. Kennedy said, “Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country!” and Secondly, Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world” Hence, he wants to serve and change his country waiting for nothing in return.
Presently, he servers as Standard Bearer for the Cayo West constituency and he is ready to work for the benefit of his people and country.
